1. Tell me a little about yourself. (Keep your answer career oriented.)
I'm

2. What are your strengths? Weaknesses?
whatever I do I put my whole self into it and I try to make the most out of what I'm doing. My weakness is that sometimes I get frustrated with what I'm doing which upsets me and makes me irritable.

3. What causes you stress and how do you handle it?
I get stressed out when I am unable to do something that I should be able to do or am rushed on something. I avoid these by allowing myself plenty of time to get done what needs to be done and by making sure that I know what I'm doing before I start.

4. Give me three adjectives that describe you.
Loyal, Hardy, Creative

5. What do you consider your greatest accomplishment?
Graduating College

6. Who is your role model and why?
I have no role model.

7. Who have you been a role model to and why?
If I've been a role model to anyone I do not know who, though I'd have to guess that they're younger than me and have saught me out for advice.

8. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Read novels or work on my writing

9. Why are you interested in this position?
I believe it will be a rewarding experience in a field that fits my area of expertise.

10. Where do you see yourself in five years?
Hopefully in a higher position, having worked hard to prove myself a valuable asset.

11. How do you define success?
I define success by what life experience I have gotten from my task.

12. How do you feel about working nights and weekends for special events and activities?
I don't see the harm in it.

1. What do you know about our company/organization?
I know that you're a premier print shop in the Midsouth.

2. What do you know about this position?
I would be working with digital images to make them printable and would also be setting up banners and working in a warehouse.

3. Why do you want to work in this field/for our company?
I have relative experience in this field and wish to gain real world experience.

4. What are the most important features you are looking for in a job/supervisor?
Reasonable work conditions and a flexible schedule.

5. What type of steps do you take to stay informed of new developments within your career field?
I read websites that are within my field.

1. How did you decide on your career/field/major?

2. What classes have you enjoyed the most/least during college and why?
I've enjoyed my film course the most, because it gave me the chance to work with others and to work with a project for the entire creation process.

3. How have the activities that you have been involved with during college influenced you?


4. Do you have future plans of furthering your education?
In several years after gaining real world experience and a cash base I plan to go into teaching.

5. What campus activities were you involved with?
I was a cofounder of the Japanese Culture Club and the President of it for two years.

Family circumstances kept me from performing to my fullest. I tried my best while the situation continued.


Experience:
1. Tell me about a time when you had to influence someone to accept your idea.


2. Give me an example of a time when you had to make an important decision and how you came to that decision.


3. What type of supervision do you prefer?
I prefer a supervisor who knows what he's doing, doesn't try and force wrongful blame on others or steal credit.

4. What is your personal style of supervision?
I check on those I supervise every hour or two, making sure that my people are on task, while trying not to keep them from doing their work.

5. Tell me about a time when you had to work with a difficult person and how you handled it.
I focused on the job at hand and worked with the person. When they became difficult I calmly talked to them, trying to keep a focus on the job at hand.

6. Tell me about your position with___________ and the valuable skills you learned.
I learned to get things done fast and efficiently, while multitasking constantly.

7. Please give me an example where you demonstrated the ability to be an effective member of a team.
Once we had to get an order out by 3pm, and we had two other orders that needed to by done by 4pm. I was able to get all three done by 2:45pm without any problems.

I'm a hard worker, I have experience in the line of work required for this job, and I

An honest, hard worker, who puts his all into what he does.

10. What did you like the most and the least about your last place of employment?
The best part about my last job was how I was able to put my all into the work without running myself ragged, the worst was that the hours would often go into the dead of night when I'd normally be asleep, shifting my sleep schedule.

11. What relevant experience do you have?
I worked in a factory for a year.
